Large room (Up to 10x10 metres) - 13 silver
Larger than that - To negotiate
Carts
Wheelbarrow - 3 silver
Small cart (up to 1 animal) - 6 silver
Medium cart (up to 2 animals) - 10 silver
Large cart (up to 4 animals) - 18 silver
Larger than that - to negotiate
Logs, including specialty woods, can be harvested upon negotiation. Woods other than birch, spruce, and oak need to be negotiated.
