Citizens of Saphriel,
It is becoming increasingly apparent that the sea is behaving in strange manners. As a result, I wish to take the action of donating a new invention of mine to the various villages, towns, cities, and ships of the Kingdom. I am, however, unable to make all of these devices by myself.
As a result, I am calling upon the craftsmen of Saphriel. I seek 5 blacksmiths and 5 carpenters to make items to my specification. You need not be a master in either of those fields, you need only follow closely the blueprints and designs I provide you. I will provide the materials and pay you 25 silver for the work, but it has to be done in a timely fashion. Each of you will provide a set of 10 of the items I am requesting.
