One feature that I believe should be carried over from the old website is "Recent Posts" being displayed on the Home page.
As of right now, the user must navigate to the Forums tab and scroll all the way to the bottom in order to view the most recent posts. I believe it would be more efficient to carry this information over to the Home page.
The first page the user is presented with upon searching for our new website is the Home page (duh). By having Recent Posts being displayed in some easily-visible manner on this page, the user will be more immediately presented with any new information that arises, and newer posts may find it easier to gain traction and (hopefully) be interacted with as they did in the old format. Overall, I believe having Recent Posts presented on the Home Page will be more user-friendly, especially to newer players.
